Step 1 : Pick your favorite cake from our wide range of cakes then click on the image. 

Step 2 :On the product page, select your preferred delivery date, time slot, quantity, size, number of candles, and finally include a heartfelt message along with your name as sign off. Click "ADD TO CART" and you will then proceed to the cart page.

Step 3 :On the cart page, provide all vital shipping information such as delivery address, recipient’s contact, and your email address. **All receipts / invoices will only be sent to your email address

Step 4 : Complete your purchase by selecting your preferred payment option (e.g., credit card, Gcash via Paymongo, eGHL, etc.).

Step 5 : For the billing address, select "Use Different Billing Address" and fill in your details (ensuring your mobile number is accurate).

Step 6 : Kick back and relax while we get your freshly baked cake delivered to your doorstep.

We accept payments through Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard), Wallets, and Online Banking via our payment gateway partners, eGHL, and Paymongo. We are actively exploring additional payment methods to enhance convenience for all our customers. 

Unfortunately, we currently unable to process AMEX card payments.

Of course! You may place an order from our assortment of cakes here anytime before 3pm and we'll have it delivered to your doorstep in 4 hours.

We offer the following delivery time slots daily:

a. 11 am to 1 pm

b. 1 pm to 3 pm

c. 3 pm to 5 pm

d. 5 pm to 7 pm

Depending on the product, certain items necessitate a lead time of 1 or 2 days. This implies that you may need to place an advance order by visiting the website before the intended delivery date. If you notice a grayed-out date for a specific product, it indicates that orders may not be accommodated for delivery on the preferred date and may require advance ordering.

Currently, we do not facilitate Cash on Delivery (COD) payments. Our accepted payment methods include Credit Cards (Visa or Mastercard), Wallets, and Online Banking through our payment gateway partners, eGHL, and Paymongo. We are actively investigating additional payment methods to further improve convenience for all our customers.

Currently, we are unable to process payments through PayPal due to challenges encountered while establishing our business account. However, we offer alternative convenient payment methods, including credit/debit cards via Paymongo, as well as Gcash, GrabPay, and eGHL.

For partnership and collaboration requests, please forward your proposal directly to our Marketing and Partnership Department at partnerships@limitless.my. Our team consistently reviews all proposals, and if they align with our business needs, they will reach out to you to schedule a meeting.

While reservations are not applicable to our process, you can pre-order and select your preferred date and delivery time slot

The delivery fees for orders may vary depending on the delivery address. The delivery charges will be automatically calculated and displayed when you enter the delivery address during checkout on our website. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team.

All deliveries will be meticulously planned based on the time slot you have pre-selected when you placed your order. The time slots are -

a. 11am - 1pm

b. 1pm - 3pm

c. 3pm - 5pm

d. 5pm - 7pm

Kindly note that as we strive to deliver your order to you, there will be factors that could affect delivery timing such as traffic, weather, scheduled road closures, etc. Having said that, we are determined to deliver your cake within the stipulated time slot selected by you.

Please be sure that upon placing your order you will be contactable through EMAIL, CALL or MESSENGER.

Once the cake is successfully delivered by our delivery agent, you will receive an email notifying you that the cake has been successfully delivered.

In this instance, the best thing to do is to get in touch with our customer service team in regards to the situation you are facing and work with us to reschedule a re-delivery on a later date / time slot.

Likewise, if the recipient is unresponsive to calls from our delivery agent and customer service team, the cake will be brought back to our fulfillment center for storage until a next date / time slot for re-delivery could be determined and agreed upon. CakeRush will not be able to guarantee freshness of the cake after extensive transit duration. In the event a delivery is re-scheduled or re-routed upon the request of the recipient or by the sender, a re-delivery fee will be applied depending on the delivery location. Re-delivery or re-routing is subject to the next available time slot.

We're sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your order. On demand orders can be cancelled by 12PM one (1) day before the intended delivery day and a full refund will be issued. You can cancel by contacting info@cakerush.ph or via phone +63287058983 (Mon-Sun, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).

No, we will not include any form of receipts / invoice to recipients. However, we will include a copy of the DELIVERY ORDER which only consists of the delivery address, recipient’s name and the name of the cake ordered.

However, if you would require an invoice you may make a request with our customer service team. Please refer to the “Contact Us” section for our customer service hotlines and communication channels.

Currently, we do not have a tracking feature. Our team is actively working on integrating this functionality into our website in the future. In the meantime, you can stay in touch with us through chat or email if you would like to inquire about the status of your order. Additionally, a notification email will be sent to you once your order has been delivered.

We have established partnerships with third-party delivery couriers such as Lalamove, Borzo, GrabEx, and PandaGo. Our skilled riders are trained to handle products with care, ensuring that your order arrives intact and in good condition.

Unfortunately, we don't have a physical store, CakeRush operates and offers online cake delivery services through our partner bakers based in Metro Manila. To proceed with the delivery arrangement, all orders must be placed online via our official website. We currently do not offer pick-up or self-collect services. However, we are considering this possibility and may explore offering it in the future. Stay tuned for any updates on our services.

Kindly review your order confirmation or invoice receipt sent to you via email to confirm that the items delivered match your order. Our cakes are usually between 6” - 9” in diameter with various heights. Some cakes also come in square or rectangle shapes.

All dimensions and weights are represented on individual product pages, kindly refer to the product description to obtain more information.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate this request at this point to keep our operations as smooth as butter. However once we do provide this option, we will let you know through our email marketing channel.

Cakes sourced from our partner bakers or suppliers may include ingredients such as nuts, wheat, dairy, or sugar. Some of this information is provided in the product description for transparency. The photos on our website are purely for illustration purposes only. Most cakes are baked / handmade in a non-industrial scale hence there will be slight differences from time to time in regards to the decoration and finishing.

Our bakers take pride in producing the best quality cakes money can buy, hence taste and flavour is of utmost importance to our bakers and us here at CakeRush.

To be eligible for returns and refunds, you should report your case within 6 hours upon delivery of your cake. Your report will be subjected to a mandatory review and investigation process by our customer service team. 

When filing your report, kindly provide us with your order number, several pictures of the defective product, and reasons on why you are requesting for a return or refund.

In all other cases, it is the responsibility of the recipient to be aware of proper cake storage and shelf life of the cake once it has been delivered. If the outcome warrants a refund, the refund process will take a minimum of 3 - 7 working days.

All delivered products maintain the highest standards of freshness and quality. To preserve their freshness, it is recommended to store them in your refrigerator at temperatures between 0 degrees Celsius and 5 degrees Celsius if not consumed immediately.

For optimal enjoyment, particularly for cakes containing sliced fresh fruits, it is advisable to consume them promptly as the fruits may undergo color changes when exposed to air.

At the moment, we do not offer extensive cake customization. The majority of our cake products are as displayed on our website. However, we do collaborate with one partner baker, Sweet Kiss Custom Cakes, who can accommodate slight customization. This typically involves changes in colors, number-designed cakes, etc. Customers can select these specifics when placing their order. Please note that this does not entail entirely customizing cakes based on individual customer preferences and specific likings.

Currently, our cake collections do not include eggless cakes. The majority of our products contain eggs as part of the baking ingredients.
